OVERVIEW

Certain rights have been granted to the data subject (“the Applicant”) regarding the processing of personal data in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (“the Law”). Applications regarding these rights must be lodged to the Data Controller which is Turanlar Makina San. ve Tic. AŞ. (“Company”) in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) pursuant to Article 13 of the Law. THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT

The rights you can request from the data controller, our Company, are specified in Article 11 of the Law. Depending on the nature of the application, applications submitted to us in accordance with Article 13(2) of the Law are concluded within 30 days at the latest from the date of submission. In case the action in question requires additional cost, the price set by the Board may be charged. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or in electronic media.
